Because practically nothing is functioning properly, it would be pointless to try to explain what doesn't work. The keyboard either does not connect to the software at all or only connects intermittently. The program becomes unresponsive and remains frozen at this point. It clicks whenever it wants, often numerous times in a row, but it does not communicate with Adobe (I have an Adobe license, if that). This is a significant delay. This is the epitome of unethical behavior. This is a simple failure, which the corporation does not acknowledge and, from all indications, will not attempt to amortize in any way. To the best of my knowledge, all they do is throw money into reviews after reviews. The software is not being fixed despite the fact that it is already many years old and that it does not function properly. From what I can tell, all Logitech is doing is covering up the situation and selling off the remaining inventory. The vast majority of reviews are fake; they all use the exact same USP tags (for $200, for designers, for pros), which have no bearing on the real world in any way. However, if you dig deep enough, you can find real reviews, and there is some truth to them. Support is either silent or says they are "extremely sorry" that I bought the goods, and I share their regret. It's been a week since I started "fighting" with the vendor to get this UG returned to me. It is incredible that Logitech has the audacity to sell such a poor product at a price that is higher than what an ideal (approximately) apple keyboard would cost. I believe that doing business in the year 21 like the Dagestanis did in the 94th is no longer conceivable, and that this move of theirs will most likely result in good reputational damage. For my part, I don't see any other choice than to decline to do business with this company on principle.
