So far it's awesome! My 6 year old has a really small hopper ball that was purchased locally. Her 12 year old sister wanted one too. I bought the 28 in. based on other reviews even though I have a small to average 12 year old. She is about 4'10" and 70lbs. and it is a great size for her. Her teenage sisters both 5'5" and between 100 and 120lbs. can also bounce.I think this would also support adults, but we haven't tried it yet.We just opened it up last night and have only used it inside, but it seems very sturdy. The pump that was included worked fine - nothing fancy. It also came with an extra stopper/plug for the ball.I will update if it doesn't hold up.
