Good formula, well pigmented, doesn't smear
I really like this gel eyeliner. The formula is easy to work with and doesn't smudge like some pencils. It's heavily pigmented so I use a light hand for everyday makeup, but you can easily opt for a more dramatic look for special occasions. Goodbye.
