This cable looks very, very nice. First, the cable's gray-silver-black braiding is comfortable to the touch, yet feels extremely durable. The connectors are gold plated and covered with plastic caps, which can also serve to protect the cable when not in use. But there's one thing I look for in any DisplayPort product, and I personally think any product with this one is inferior: split-jack input. To reduce costs, many companies use a connector shell with a zigzag split that runs vertically along the connector at the HDMI cable entry section. It's a lot cheaper, but it compromises the overall structural rigidity of the product, and one of the main benefits of this impressive cable is its durability. Luckily, this cable has a much more durable and high-quality full-size connector that everyone should look out for when purchasing a product. This cable works great and I have no doubt that it will last a long time!
