While this form factor isn't the best for LED, sometimes you have lights that only need one shape, and even if it's not the Case is equally effective and durable. I still prefer LEDs to anything else, so I'm willing to live with those limitations. Lamps of decent overall quality put out a decent amount of light. Good color temperature. As long as I'm happy I wouldn't call them heavy duty. but they don't have to be and they don't cost that much either, so I'm happy with this purchase
