If only this product was durable. i would be in love The product is well made and spacious in terms of material, but the boards used as steps are fragile cardboard. The top one is made from two half pieces, leaving room for a crease in the middle, obviously to prevent the whole piece of cardboard from tearing/breaking. The bottom tier that goes over the zipper area is one piece and doesn't fit at all. It was made larger than the space would fit. What should be improved. Adding thick padding to the cardboard steps and main cave area for a more durable and comfortable appearance. If you're advertising dogs, make sure the claims are correct size and include a weight limit. It doesn't keep a small cat, let alone a small dog.
