I have been working with them for over five years now; they've helped build my client base from scratch to what it is today. They're always honest with you about where you stand with your campaign and how much work must be done before reaching your goals. Their team is very friendly and easy to communicate with! Nothing really - just that they do a good job at everything they do. If you want results fast then this may not be the agency for you. A lot more time/effort goes into each project than we expected but they manage those expectations well.
