I agree with all the other one star reviewers only that there is no minus star category. The software in this device is very buggy. It keeps flashing the same messages (paper jam, remove cartridge, etc., etc.) and the pink "Error" light suddenly starts flashing for no apparent reason. Starts feeding a piece of paper for no reason, then sticks, again"Error". I will return this useless thing. I can just start reusing my old brother. He was showing his age but I blamed him for what turned out to be a phone problem. Oh yeah, when you call tech support you get a long menu of choices; when you finally get a fax, it's always an estimated 36-45 minutes, the whole day. They don't really want to talk to you, poor thing.
