Review on WANTan by Richard Eledge

WANTan is a firm that aims to help people make happy, memorable moments and celebrations with their loved ones by selling a variety of toys, games, party supplies, and decorations. The company has an outstanding product assortment, however my interactions with them were less than stellar. To begin with, I had trouble navigating their website and locating the items I needed. Their sluggish and incompetent customer service simply added to my overall negative experience. When my order eventually arrived, I found the poor quality to be unacceptable. Cleanup was a pain because the party materials were so flimsy and readily broke. The decorations didn't do much to enhance the mood of the celebration. Overall, my time spent with WANTan was disappointing and aggravating. While they have a lot to choose from, I was disappointed in the quality of the products as well as the website and customer service. I have decided not to use their products or services in the future.
