Good design and nice little things like magnetic clasps to attach. The cords stick out and you have to manually connect them to the phones, although in our home the aesthetic is definitely the winner: minimal dangling cords. This works very well with multiple devices, we have 2 iPhones and 2 iPads (1 mini). and they all fit easily. The biggest problem is trying to keep the number of adapters to a minimum - that's not a problem at all with this design and that's why it's still 5 stars. To solve this problem, I bought a pair of Monoprice 4.2A 4-port USB chargers for Apple and Android in black. It can fast charge a couple of iPads or 4 phones (2 Apple, 2 Android). Others may have better suggestions, although we need this organizer on a dresser in front of an outlet (i.e. it would take lots of chargers to pull out a dresser unnaturally). All in all, a great design that works well for multi-device households. Just keep in mind that you don't get any cables or chargers with this one. Just use what you already use.
