Tried this for several days, each day had stomach upset with all the common symptoms of distress. I checked the lower label in fine print, below electrolyte composition and grams-- it states monk fruit. This has SUGAR ALCOHOLS, unlike stevia a natural plant. They added Erythritol, yet no listing of this. Sugar Alcohol, can NOT be digested. Most likely why they do not have a "full nutrition label" (protein, calories, carbs, sugar, fiber etc , as sugar alcohols would be listed with monk fruit. I am returning. I gave 2 stars only because the product tastes great, non GMO and good price, even though my gut has been so upset since I started taking. And I was only using 1/2 -3/4 scoop per day. But seriously- a company is not fully honest when they do not disclose sugar alcohols as they are NOT good for your gut, thus not healthy!
