First things first: This chair was the easiest I have ever put together. He came together in less than 20 minutes while watching TV. All the screws were well marked and the parts were designed to only fit one way, so you can't accidentally install something backwards or "two left feet". I found this very comfortable for a large frame, with an actual weight limit well above that stated on the label (we tested it with shipping boxes), and the tilt feature is great after a long day. That means for $350 you could probably buy two or three identical chairs with no discernible difference in quality between them and this one -- or for a full $350 you could buy a chair with fancier features like massage or built-in speakers. I really like this chair but I don't think I will ever buy it at full price again when there is so much competition in the market.
