Their customer service department has been great to work with! Our account rep always responds within 30 minutes for any questions or concerns we have in regards to our contract renewal process as well at anytime if there are issues that arise while using their product (which rarely happens).
We use them primarily for GPS trackers but they also provide us cellular data services through Vodafone which allows me access via my cell phone anywhere I am located around Australia even when outside of normal working hours i.e weekends/holidays etc - this makes it so convenient not having worry about losing internet connection throughout all these remote locations where most people don't carry wi-fi devices. The battery life can be poor sometimes depending upon usage level especially during summer months. But considering how much time you save by never being out of contact again due mainly because your device will still get updated every 2 weeks regardless what location whether.
