The tuxedo shop charged me over $200 to rent a navy blue tuxedo for a little boy, so I bought these navy blue suits for my three grandchildren. Very impressed with the quality and looks. They have sensitive skin, so they wash their dress shirts and wear cotton t-shirts underneath. I ordered 5 different sizes and ended up choosing the top 3. The Waste has elastic drawstrings that can be adjusted with a zip, which is a big plus. The two older ones are long and thin, the physique is typical for a 3 year old baby. The elastic band is adjusted to fit perfectly around the waist. They were all too long so I folded in the edges after opening the side seams to the new length. Then when overseeding - no crease. However, one had to be shortened by 5". looks perfect To make the jacket perfect for a 5 year old I had to increase the size so the pants were a bit large. I slightly raised the sides of the pants 1/2 inch from the elastic below the waist to the bottom edge and now they fit perfectly. Grooms wear navy blue bow ties - I found them easily at Walmart for boys. The tuxedo shop sent me a light pink handkerchief that grooms wear, so I just put a small overlay on top of the white faux handkerchief on the suits. You will (almost) steal the show from the beautiful bride. (They wear high-top gray sneakers to complete the outfit.)
