Review on 💄 Revlon Matte Lip Balm, Sultry by Theresa Roberts

Very vibrant color against my skin tone. I don't normally invest in myself, but recently I made my decision and this color just catches the eye. It literally makes me feel like I have to leave the house for people to see it on me. Giggle! "I'm ready for a close-up" 😁 the color is liquid and he looks very professional as he tries to do his job as well as possible. and then the color really holds a decent amount of time. I have ADHD too bad to count time. enough time. whatever it is but the shadow was actually created by love, whoever created it. I have a very light build, olive skin tone, brown hair and blue eyes. idk why do people mention this but just in case it helps? I like doing crossword puzzles too, Pitbulls. lol jk adds that it smells nice too, sort of like cinnamon. it's very soft which is why I didn't notice it at first when I was so impressed with the shade. Additionally, I apply a metallic lipstick (gloss?) on top that lasts for hours even as I eat and drink. I've looked elsewhere on amazon, but I don't want to look for it now.
