There are no problems with sensitivity

Husband used these strips 3-4 times. They're big, so he has to fold the excess under his teeth to make them fit. He leaves her for 30 minutes as instructed. He doesn't have any sensitivity issues and said he feels good wearing it. He hasn't noticed a significant color difference, but I assume best results come after multiple uses. He will continue to use them.
