The best part about this program was that it gave us an opportunity to connect our clients in real time which helped them earn points for their purchases online or offline as well through referrals from friends etc., We also had some other features like reward programs where we could give out free products such coupons redeemable later when they shop again but I think these are not available anymore now? So overall i would say its good because of customer engagement so you get more sales if people know what loyalty point means then there will definitely increase revenue.
