Design looks like a front pocket zipper but it's not there. It's sweet, it's true. But the design has an extra layer that covers both sides with no functional offering and adds a lot of unnecessary bulk. If you don't mind wallets being very bulky, give it a try. But for me I hated the volume. The other issue was that there was a half zipper around that extra layer, it's just that I have a zipper on the side that has all these zipper teeth sticking out, waiting to snag on things. It felt like a rough edge to me and I imagined it could scratch my phone screen or snag on my clothes. Everything that made it cute also made it ugly. So I returned it.
