Everything you need to change your sleeping habits in one beautiful package.

Great pillow in the package. Contains everything you need. The set includes a high-quality cotton pillowcase, so there's no need to buy an extra pillowcase or use an existing one. This pillowcase isn't just one of those soft pillowcases with end stitching. It has longer inner flap seams to keep the pillow inside and prevent it from falling out of the cover. Very good material and construction. The inside pocket has a tiny invisible zipper, so you can add or remove buckwheat as you like. This case is also well designed. The kit includes lavender, which you can add to buckwheat or not. I added half of the first week not knowing if I would find it overwhelming or not. I didn't even realize he was there. I've now bought extra buckwheat thinking I'd probably want to fill it up as I'm not a fan of flat pillows. It was a waste of money. I ended up losing more than I put in. I have no complaints about this entire pillow pack and found it to be the perfect starter pack containing everything someone needs to make the switch to buckwheat. Nicely packaged and at a good price. A good gift for yourself. About the transition to buckwheat sleep. I switched to relieving an extremely painful temporomandibular joint affecting my ears. The first few nights I woke up with a slightly stiff neck that quickly went away, but I didn't have an earache. More than a fair deal for me. The feeling of stiffness in the neck went away after a few days and the pain in the ears never returned to the previous level. It was very tiring to get used to the gas. I fill and deflate the pillow so everything is as it should be. I sleep on my side and on my back so it takes a little getting used to. But the relief I don't have is worth all the adjustments I have to go through. It's worth it.
