Very cute Love that it has a retractable strap in the back I bought this for my 18 month old boy with a big head and am looking for a hem to use until he is 3 or 4 years old is old, the material is very soft, I can describe it as the stuff that umbrellas should be made of, so you can have an idea, very nice, and we will do it!
