Take Caution Before Purchasing from PROYAKER

As an avid fan of the great outdoors, I was eager to test out PROYAKER's kayaks and other water sports gear. My interactions with this company have been nothing but annoying and disappointing. To start, there is almost no support for customers. I contacted customer support several times regarding an issue I was having with a purchase, but they never got back to me. It's quite annoying to have questions about a product that have no clear solutions. The goods I ended up buying was damaged upon arrival, which was a major setback. I explained the matter to PROYAKER's customer support department, but they were unconcerned and said I had to pay to mail the item back. Not only did I lose time and money on this, but the company's insistence that I pay for return postage on broken goods is unconscionable. It's obvious that PROYAKER doesn't care about its customers. In conclusion, PROYAKER is not a vendor you should support. It's not worth the trouble to deal with their terrible customer service and low-quality goods. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.

Pros
  • Large inventory of goods for use in sports and the great outdoors.
Cons
  • Low quality, as expected.
