In order to turn the mop in the bucket, it has to be at a 90 degree angle (according to the instructions). Rotating the mop handle 90 degrees can be difficult. I had to use my foot to slide it in and out of the 90 degree angel to rotate or swipe. The mop heads are very soft but they fall apart too easily. When wiping with a mop, microfiber strands fell out. I also noticed strings from the mop in the water after spinning it. The handle is height adjustable, but not for tall people. Luckily I'm small, but my husband would have back pain. The drain hose feels comfortable. I love the handle and the wheels. This made it easy to roll the bucket around the house while mopping.
