Review on 🪑 HON Convergence Mesh Back Task Chair with Adjustable Height Arms, Black by Laura Church

I assembled the chair and when I first put my hand on the armrest it broke (see photo). I messaged HON and they sent a replacement arm which worked perfectly. I bought this chair because the product page said "Made in the USA". I received the chair and found the tags on the chair that said 'Made in the USA from Imported Parts'. Since the box is full of "spare parts" I'm wondering if something is actually made in the US. The lumbar support offers no support as it is just a plastic frame with no padding inside. I bought a piece of foam, cut it out and put it in the lumbar frame and now it actually supports the lumbar spine. In fact, the chair manufacturer must incorporate foam rubber into the lumbar frame.
