Review on Simplehuman BT1035 Fold Away Squeegee by Jessica Jackson

Bought thinking it will be durable as it is metal. Worked well, but the rubber is now separated from the metal channel. I figured I could put the rubber back into the channel and tighten what at first appeared to be allen screws to secure the rubber back in place. My bad eyes have deceived me. The rubber is not held in place by socket head screws but by rivets which are obviously worse as one side the rivet has failed. Have only been using this product for about 2 years 4 months in the shower to wash the glass. I expected more durability from Simplehuman.
