This lemon zest is great! It's easy to hold and long enough to place over a bowl to add a generous amount of spice when needed without trying to hang anything from the top. For a quick raisin, you can also work well in a pan/pot. My citrus peel is beautiful and gets a good peel, not just a minor scratch like so many others. I love that it comes with a lid too, as I'm moving through my drawers quickly I tend to scratch myself with eagerness and grater. The cleaning brush also comes in handy when you clean this tool. I highly recommend.
