Bought this for my kitty about a month ago. When I first opened it, I had a hard time figuring out how to turn it into a bed. Took me about 10 minutes. In its converted form, it has a more oval shape with thin sides. When we brought our girl home from the shelter, she didn't approach him and instead chose to sleep with me and my fiancé. To try and get her to use it, I spread it out like a rug, but she still didn't use it. We have a rug of the same material in the bedroom and she curls up on it. I finally realized that the material smells like camp and needs to be washed to make it smell more like home.
