Depending on the brand, I sometimes wear a medium, sometimes a large. I received a large one and if it fits perfectly and is exactly like the photo. If you like it a little looser, take one size more, because this swimsuit has to be figure-hugging. To my surprise, the pants that would normally fit me fit perfectly. If I wanted to wear this with nothing underneath, I could too. With a little adjustment to the cup included in the kit, it's fine. I think because the top is form fitting you can wear it without anything underneath. If it's too loose, maybe not so much. The quality is also excellent.
