Softies marshmallow joggers UPDATEThe softies company reached out to me after my original review and then again a month or so later letting me know that they learned a batch of the marshmallow joggers did indeed have a quality control issueThe company wanted to know if they could please replace my defective set for me as that is not the quality they are known for.They did not ask me to update my review they simply wanted to make sure I had the quality they are known for in hand.The new set was sent quickly to my home and arrived in perfect condition and softness that the softies brand is known for.I have included photos of the new non defective set in my review as well as kept the original reviewSofties Hooded Marshmallow Set with JoggersI normally love softies from the feel to the quality I’ve never been disappointed or dissatisfied with a product until nowUnfortunately the pants I received have a whole at seam area in the rear of the pants and the cuffs at the bottom of the pants are off it’s as though one is somewhat scrunched hemmed and one left wide and undoneNo pockets on the pantsCenter pocket on the hoodieWhile the hoodie appears to be in the shape and feel and quality of the softies brand that I have come to love the pants are no where near thatThe hoodie did wash and dry well following instructions with zero pilling issuesThe softness the brand is known for is certainly there on both piecesBut the pants looking undone and coming with a hole in them out of package makes this set unusable as a setIs this more than likely a one of because of what I know of the brand more than likely yesBut these are the items I received so that is what I am basing my review off of and star rating as well
