I bought these to replace an old worn analog joystick. The image below shows a comparison of a standard analog stick versus a metal analog stick after the same amount of abuse. At first I was afraid that the metal analog stick would damage the case of my controller. As you can see, I had nothing to fear. The crank works surprisingly well on these analog sticks. Some people say that being overweight is a problem for them, but I haven't found any reason to agree with them. They feel a little different, but you get used to them within a few days. However, I recommend using some sort of grip for your right analog stick. Most people prefer the bulbous counterpart for first-person shooters. This can be an issue for some people when using these metal analog sticks. To share my score for you, I'm rating this 5 stars for durability, 3.5 stars for control, 5 stars for overall feel, and 5 stars for looks.
