Pros: Label feeder works well. It lies comfortably in the hand and is light. Arrived quickly and in good condition. Good price. Cons: There are no instructions and loading new sticker rolls is definitely not intuitive! I tried loading it in half a dozen intricate, convoluted ways and guessed which was the right one. They were all wrong, it was very frustrating. I found a video on YouTube showing how to download the stickers and it's very easy, they really should put a little "instructions for downloading the stickers" in the box. Another downside, the wheels that change the characters to print are very difficult to set up and the characters are almost impossible to see until you print them, we had to burn about 100 stickers to get what we wanted. Printing on stickers isn't always crisp and clean, maybe it was after you printed a bunch and broke it.
