The sheer simplicity makes this watch very expensive.
I'm fed up with "the sight of a big round clock now". The elegant simplicity of this watch case on a plain white dial and SILVER numerals and hands on a black leather strap just looks stunning to me. Also, I have small bones and it looks more like a lady thing with that little "manly design". The price was so low too. (I have a diamond-set white gold Rolex and a yellow gold Van Clef & Arpel that I have worn for thirty years and love this sporty, everyday design!
