I bought a tank grip for my motorcycle for a passenger to hold on to. I have a 2012 Honda CBR1000rr that has been listed as a CBR1000rr since the product was sold. Well, it won't let me open my standard gas cap so I can fill up. I also had the opportunity to engrave something on it but decided against it as I didn't want to say anything and what I got was engraved with a name. Ashani. who the heck is this and why is it inscribed with a name I didn't ask for as I wanted it blank so I could engrave it how I wanted. In addition, the supplied screws are cheap. This product is intended as a passenger handle. I expected better I guess. and requests a refund or return option. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving this and now I regret it.
