After comparing the prices to what I had seen at Costco I decided to take a chance and buy this mount for my new 65 inch TV . expensive blocks that I have seen. After receiving this mounting block I found it to be very durable and the installation instructions are quite simple. I had an issue with the mounting location as my nail finder found the plumbing and wiring in the wall which I had to adjust. I had the idea of mounting it higher on the wall than I wanted my TV to be, but figured I would mount the brackets on my TV in a position that puts the TV in the lowest possible position. This is where I found that in this position, the mounting brackets block the power cord connector. I don't know how I could have predicted this before buying it, but I wish it were. This is my only complaint about this TV wall mount, it's hard to know if it blocks access to plug in chords. Otherwise, I highly recommend this device. I've had it installed for about 2 months, sometimes changing the angle a bit, and it moves very smoothly and reliably. I love this feature. I'll probably buy another one for my guest room TV.
