This is actually the 3rd case I've bought before finding the right one (I've returned the first 2). I have the original that came with the pillow and didn't really like it because of the feel of the fabric and how difficult it was to put on and take off after I washed it. In my mind I wanted everything to be cotton and I wanted a zipper. I ordered one from Bed Bath & Beyond which said it was all cotton but it wasn't so I sent it back. I then ordered one here from Revain that said it was all cotton, but it turned out to be only 30% cotton (less than the first one I ordered). So I finally ordered this one as other buyers said it was soft, I received it and the tag actually says it's all cotton despite not mentioning it in the weave description. It is very soft and slightly elastic, making it easy to put it on the pillow. I look forward to the ease of when my baby is born just in case it gets messed up, it won't be that difficult to clean up.
