Was happy with Zosi h.264 HD 720p dash cam for about three days. Setup seemed easy enough, even formatting my hard drive seemed easy, and I know next to nothing about computers, sit in front of a broken concrete pump and I can get this beast up and running in no time. Take me home to see what was recorded on my Zosi dashcam, forget it. So my awesome but not so awesome zosi dvr is now asking for username and password no problem I put my info in and nothing just says wrong username or wrong password. I've tried everything from online videos to this attempt. Nothing yet. Try the help center and nothing. I don't understand why there is no reset button. I mean, come on, the kind that calls themselves smart, we seem to have relaxed. Thank you Zosi for the wonderful lack of customer service. Excellent customer service until you hand over your money. Then, like a magical whiff, it vanished, as did my mind, knowing I had the watchful eyes of a camera on my business gear. I have a $37 DVR that works better. It asks for a password, I enter the password and, panting, I write down important information. To be used against me or for my benefit in the event of an accident. I would not recommend that.
