My man has a degenerative nerve disease of the lower leg which causes foot sag and balance problems. His mother has the same problem and she recommended this product to him. What a great product, makes a huge difference. What he likes is that it doesn't go in his boot like some other products, but wraps around his ankle and uses the boot and ankle to pull his toe/foot up. Also, it's not very visible under his pants at work. When he wears shorts, most people ask him if they make his ankles heavier. The longer he wears them. the less shy he became, and now he likes to tell people about it, especially people with saggy feet. He's been using them for about 4 years, we've bought replacement pads a couple of times and because the velcro can wear out the ankle strap needs to be replaced about every 2 years.
