I had to return them because I hated three things: 1) the left earbud didn't work at all; 2) The volume (in the right earbud) was GONE. too low, even at the highest setting; 3) Headphones are almost impossible to get out of the case. There is no ridge, just rounded tips. It's like trying to pick up a small ball of ice cream only by the tip. It is very good that the seller was responsive and friendly when we discussed the issue. If you doubt these headphones, I would say give them a try. you can love her If you don't, the return policy is generous.
