Disappointed by Claoner's Poor Customer Service

Unfortunately, my recent purchase from Claoner's online store of home improvement goods was a very unsatisfactory one. Despite having a simple layout and a respectable product assortment, their website's customer service was appalling. It took me a few tries to get an answer when I tried to find out the status of my order, and even then, the agent I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. When my order did eventually show up, one of the items was broken, so I had to go through a lot of trouble to get a replacement. The fact that their prices were not as competitive as I had anticipated, and that the discounts and promotions they advertised were deceptive and challenging to use, only made the situation worse. My overall impression of Claoner was unsatisfactory. Although their goods may be of a respectable quality, their subpar customer service and unethical pricing policies are very disappointing.
