I like how easy is that you can create bots from scratch with cto AI bot builder as well add custom code if needed or required (no need of any other IDE).
It's not so expensive when compared against its competitors but still has good support too! They have also started adding more features recently which makes me hopeful about their future roadmap plans! Have tried few things out during free trial phase including creating simple chatbots using different APIs available through Microsoft Bot framework & Google Dialogflow API etc., haven't found anything much better than this one yet though they are doing great job at least now!! - Creating Chat Bots/Conversational UIs easily.- Integrate existing services into our product seamlessly via builtin connectors such integrations include Facebook Messenger SDKs(Facebook), Twitter OAuth2 access tokens.(Twitter)- Automate repetitive tasks across multiple applications within an enterprise environment efficiently.

- The best thing i liked was integration capabilities it provides alongwith all kind oof prebuilt templates provided by them itself making life easier ! :)
