It helps a bit: I only put 5-6 drops in a 30ml bottle of unscented carrier oil, even though this vanilla is already an oleoresin (in its own oil), and the resulting mixture is still quite strong. By rubbing a light spot on each hand, I can smell a fairly strong odor [=perceptible to others when I walk by] for at least 4-6 hours, with the odor still lingering on my hand only when I'm up close still sniffing in 8 -12 hours. hrs. Next time I mix up a 30ml solution I'll probably just add 3-4 drops of this vanilla. sweet side, for my personal preference. It's not sweet by any means, but it's definitely a vanilla flavor with sugar, not without it. If you like rich, sweet vanilla, this is great value. I think this is a very good choice. I would like a list of products that are used as carrier oils for oleoresin. I also suspect that other flavor notes were added to sweeten it and I'd like to see that listed if that's the case. Both in the interest of transparency and so that customers know 100% what they are buying.
