Review on Safety Control Mitts Dementia Gloves by Hope Tribolet

We need a product for special needs youth. These gloves worked on a teenager who chews and puts his fingers in his mouth, causing pain in his fingers. We cut off the long straps on the gloves but the Velcro around the wrist helps keep the gloves in place. I hope the gloves hold up well in the wash as they get chewed a lot. There were no care instructions in the packaging. So far they are great for our purposes. There is something inside the glove that gives it a flat surface so the hand lies flat inside the glove. I hope this is a washable product as the Revain ad says the gloves are washable. Again, no information on the gloves was obtained.
