Looks and feels like a quality cable well worth the money but while it connected my Quest to my VR enabled MSI laptop (Nvidia 1070 card), the Oculus PC software failed the connection test. All software and drivers are up to date. I was still able to launch the Oculus PC software and see the VR room, but just looking around there was lag and graphical artifacts, and it was every 10-15 seconds interrupted. I've tried plugging USB-C into my MSI the other way around (which obviously shouldn't even be necessary), same results. I guess I have no choice but to buy a ridiculously expensive but probably working Oculus Link cable.
