My speakers quickly started to sound bad. My main amp fell apart. Unable to deal with it and unwilling to buy a new amp in the long run I decided to try this little advertised 50 watt D amp. I wanted to make sure my old amp was really bad so had my system to go made to run . Surprisingly, it rocked my speakers and didn't sound terrible. There were no signs of previous versions, so this was done in no time. The amplifier is so small, a little bigger than a pack of cigarettes, that you don't want to take it seriously. But I've tried listening to some CDs and videos and I'm really amazed that it works as well as it does now. I haven't decided on a new amp yet, this little Fosi is still doing its job. I will say that at higher volumes there is some fatigue and maybe harshness at times. I cannot and do not want to complain too much about this price level. There are real uses for this little amp, desktop speakers, in the garage, in the work environment and I recommend it at that level. FYI, this is surrounded by equipment that costs as much as a good used car.
