Really love this handbag to the point of the strap snapping. Well I still love this bag very much but I'm disappointed. I've only been using it for a month? I've even shrunk my wallet and thrown out the things I don't need so I don't weigh this bag down; still broken! That issue aside, such a quiet bag that doesn't look cheap in person. The color is wonderful and mine seems quite soft. I plan to figure out how to fix it and maybe buy a new one since it's not expensive.
