Solved my problem with the Xbox360 Slim, I bought a used Xbox, it wouldn't turn on, the orange light on the power adapter didn't come on when I tried to turn on the Xbox, there was only one ringtone! After doing some research I figured I'd replace the power supply first and I made the right choice, as soon as I plugged in the Xbox it burst into life! So if you have an orange light on your power adapter and your Xbox won't turn on and just beeps, plug in the power adapter, it works!
