May 2020: If you see below, this product did not convince me. However, the company is trying to rectify the situation. They sent me a replacement. I've tried a pair of headphones and they seem to work fine, but with a slight buzz at the other end when using the mic in them. I use them daily and will let you know if they last longer than the last set. April 2020: I've been using these headphones for about a month now. I started using shades of grey. At first everything seemed to work fine and there were no problems. This week, however, my podcasts kept randomly stopping and starting when I tried to listen (like the key got stuck or something), and then there was a buzzing sound for other people to hear when I was speaking or recording, and finally one of the headphones. stopped working and just cracked. Tried switching to a pink pair but they only work in the ear and pop and pop.
