Very patient and dependably friendly IT support
We had some issues with our web hosting provider that were resolved immediately upon contacting them through their online chat system as well as by phone calls to customer care representatives who are very knowledgeable about what they do! The staff is always willing/able/determined to help you get any issue solved quickly - even if it means working around regular business hours or weekend work schedules (evenings). Their rates for shared server plans seem high at first glance but when your website needs lots of storage space this can be an extremely helpful solution without having to pay more money elsewhere.
Pros
- I love how easy we have found setting up new clients' sites using prebuilt templates which allows us time in making sure everything works smoothly before starting from scratch again; however there could also probably still use better support documentation &/or training guides regarding setup / installation procedures
