Purchased solely with the intention of having a cordless trimmer that is both no play and easy to carry for travel. I liked the design, light weight, and ease of packaging or storage, but the trimmers I received weren't gapless. When trying to zero-distance myself, I found that the trimmer blades are not adjustable, so I'm in the process of buying another set of trimmers (or a spare blade). The buying process was easy and I received the product within 48 hours of the purchase date but was unhappy with the fact that the trimmers could not meet the standard advertised as a no slack cordless trimmer.
