Overall positive experience and will definitely work again
I like that they are very attentive with their clients' needs as well as providing great customer service after each project has been completed! They have helped me out in so many different ways over time since we first started working together back when my business was just getting off its feet (and it's still growing!).
It would be nice if there were more people who could help us answer questions about our products or services before signing up for them but overall everything seems good from what i've seen thus far!!
Pros
- Their ability to work quickly, efficiently & successfully while making sure you understand all your options is wonderful!!! We're lucky enough to currently use 3D software programs which require some knowledge/expertise along those lines which makes this even better because now instead of having an entire team do something specific..it can simply rest upon one person within TWELVE INTERACTIVE!!!! That saves money too..yay :) ! The staff
