Crazy design, crappy quality

The design and build quality of this punch is terrible. I'll just say one thing: for some reason, a hole punch is not installed, making it unsuitable for punching paper for insertion into a Filofax A4 notebook. Well, good luck trying to install the extra punch. You have to disassemble the whole thing, loosen ALL 9 SCREWS and reassemble. Needless to say, the screws are of the thinnest quality and will break if you just wiggle a screwdriver towards them. Kudos to whoever listed the lowest quality for this puncher. Bottom line: if you want to perforate your own paper, brace yourself for some high blood pressure and some colorful expressions.
